The Business and Sustainability Group (BSG) is a nonprofit educational organization. Since our founding in 2001, BSG has been a positive force for sustainable business in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Our Sustainable Business Breakfast series at Stanford University has attracted thousands of attendees and world-class speakers, like:
• John Pepper, former Chairman of the Board of Proctor & Gamble
• George Zimmer, CEO of Men's Wearhouse
• Jeffrey Hollender, CEO of Seventh Generation, and
• Dominique Conseil, CEO of Aveda, to name just a few. 
In June of 2005, we produced the first-ever Cradle-to-Cradle design conference, attracting participants from leading businesses such as Nike, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Dow Corning, Warner Bros., Whole Foods, Clif Bar, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Following the conference, working groups formed to put the revolutionary Cradle-to-Cradle concepts to work solving real problems in real companies.
Our work has influenced the social and environmental practices of business innovators and inspired students to see a new world of possibility for the next generation of business.

To date, the Foundation for Global Community (FGC) has been a generous supporter of our work. But, FGC is closing its doors in June of 2006 and our funding from them has ceased. This is a critical time for BSG. We urgently need your support to continue our work.
