Complimentary Evening Wine/Hors d'oeuvres Networking Event, June 6th
Join your fellow conference attendees, speakers and other bay area leaders
who are working toward sustainable business practices for wine, hors d’ oeuvres and networking
Successful Cradle to Cradle implementations can require the collaboration of multiple stake holders, so to help you insure success, we’d like to encourage you to bring a team. Two individuals registering together, either from the same company, or from outside stakeholder companies (customers, suppliers, etc.) qualify to register a third team member for free. Split the cost for an incredibly low rate, or bring someone along for free. To register one or more teams, please contact KoAnn Skrzyniarz at KoAnn@SustainableLifeMedia.com or 650-344-9693.
Full time students are welcome to register for Day One of the workshop at a standard Student Discount of an additional $50 off the price in affect at the time of registration ($445 by earlybird date; $545 after earlybird date). In the interest of ensuring the value of Day 2 dialogue for all participants, full 2-Day registration is available, with permission only, to graduate and post-graduate students with significant work experience or academic expertise in materials science or other relevant fields. In this case, an additional $100 off the price in affect at the time of registration would apply.
Proof of full-time student status is required. Please bring current student ID to show on the day of the conference.
A limited number of further discounts are available to members of qualified membership-based organizations who have arranged for them through the conference organizers. If you have not received notification from your professional organization about how to receive your discount to this event, please contact them directly.

All registration cancellations must be in writing, by email, fax, or letter. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by May 13, 2005. $150 will be deducted for cancellations received from May 14 to May 23, 2005. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 23, 2005.

As a way to offset your airplane and/or car emissions from traveling to the conference, we offer you the opportunity to donate between $5 and $40 to “Trees for the Future” through us. Your donation will be used to plant trees, which will absorb the equivalent carbon dioxide emitted during your travel.”
